Financial Analysis and Insights for Small business (less than $5M in Revenue)

We are a business in the renovation industry in need of someone that has spent time in consulting and has excellent excel Skills to help me analyze our financials along multiple dimensions. Customer, product and gross margin. I have the raw data for analysis. I need it summarized and distilled into quick insights, facts and deductions from the data. I don't need presentation materials. I'll be using this information to figure out what customers to raise prices on and the most optimal way to do so without much flair.

The questions I need to answer are as follows:
1. Why are my sales much lower this year than last year?
2. Who are my least profitable customers?
3. What products can I increase prices on while reducing prices on others in order to create a net 5-10% revenue gain assuming other factors remain constant?

Possibility for interim CFO work after this is completed.
