Financial Analysis and Slide Deck Presentation Support Related to a Potential Transaction

I am looking for someone with a management consulting/investment banking background who has experience with financial analysis and preparing presentations for positioning the sale of a company. One must have direct knowledge of reviewing detailed financial information and have the ability to synthesize this information into a clear and concise presentation that will ultimately be given to the Board of Directors. The ability to develop dashboards/charts/graphs/etc and to translate this data into a presentable format is critical. We will provide you with the necessary data and will give you guidance on the specific sections of the presentation we would like you to focus on. The timeline is short. We would need to have the analysis completed by Monday, September 18th. Also, experience dealing contract research organizations (CROs), or healthcare in general, would be helpful.
