Financial and Market Analysis of Salvadoran Farm Operation

I want to develop a financial model for a Salvadoran farm operation. Currently about 30% of the farm is dedicated to tropical flowers, 60% to sugarcane and about 10% to miscellaneous fruits and vegetables. I would like to hire someone to build out an initial financial model to serve as a sort of roadmap to (a) understand the current state of the business and (b) to carry the business into the future. Basically, the end goal is to arrive at a clearer financial picture of what needs to be done to increase the farm's revenue, best utilize the land, and ultimately turn a profit.
