Two Parts to Modeling Project
1) Create Financial Model that incorporates three companies merging in a cashless transaction
1a) Be sure to allocate an area that shows pre merger numbers including consolidated, while also illustrating post merger numbers including synergies and an adjusted consolidated number.
2) Second part of the modeling exercise would be to illustrate what a $120MM debt financing would look like for the NewCo post merger.
