Financial Model for a Niche Publishing Industry

We need someone who has experience and the expertise to look through our financial model for a small acquisition. Background in investment banking or private equity preferred. The framework of the model is already built, but you'll need to go through it with an Associate on the phone to make sure that it's got all the key elements and drivers.

This project is best for individuals who have at least 3 full days to dedicate to this, whether it's weekdays or weekend.
