Financial Model for Acquisition

We are pursuing a possible acquisition of the education and training division of a large privately held firm…the target generates approximately $20M in revenue and $2M in EBITDA.

To complete its financial due diligence and to seek debt and equity financing, SGI needs a financial/business analyst to prepare a fully integrated financial model which will include the following:

• Historical and projected monthly income statements, balance sheets and statements of cash flow
• Variable inputs to permit the user to modify anticipated growth rates, margin changes, capex needs, etc.
• Tabs for proposed debt financing (term loan and asset-based loan – with calculations of borrowing base and advance rates)
• Tab for investor returns including annual cash-on-cash as well as projected return from sale of the business

The final product will form the basis of proposals for debt and equity financing and post-acquisition budget.
