Financial Model for Mixed Use Real Estate Development

Need an experienced person to make changes to an existing real estate financial model. The project is a 4 acre site with five different parcels. We are the Master Developer and plan to develop two of the sites. The other three parcels will be sold off. There needs to be input sections in the model to reflect the sale of excess land. The model is currently running as a multifamily development model that I would like to transition to a condo development model with the proper input assumptions.
