Develop an initial template for a five year financial model for solar projects showing operating metrics and IRR for funding source and other participating sponsors. Components of model should include P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. Consultant needs to identify required inputs to develop a model and provide guidance as to best means of qualifying for available federal and state subsidies and incentive programs and ways to maximize tax planning benefits. Anticipate specific project modeling to follow.
Additional Notes
Initial experience with large banking firm followed by tenure with PE or VC fund. Understanding of solar industry dynamics important and funding alternatives desireable Preferred Skills and Certifications
