Financial Model for Wine Bottling Company

We are raising investment $s to capitalize our project. We need to raise 3.5mil. The first investor we met with asked to see projections for IRR and ROI at three levels of investment. 1.5 mil, 2.5 mil and 3.5 mil. We will need to develop projections for revenue/expense/profit as well as investor returns. The majority of the investment will be used to purchase the bottling line equipment and set up the facility. There will be a 4-6 month delay between purchasing the equipment and operating the facility. There will also be a delay getting up to maximum production capacity. This will be dependent on the # clients signed on prior to start up as well as training of employees/operators.
