Financial Modeling and Due Diligence for Media Acquisition

Our company needs help supporting an M&A transaction in the Media space. We need help building a model with two scenarios, one being a pure acquisition and then another that layers on an roll up acquisition strategy for future years. Also included in the work will be following:

- Interfacing with the lead partner to get an initial download on the situation
- Run a diligence process (not very detailed) on the target
- Build the model
- Build a presentation, with the same narrative as above (focus on the acquisition but then also describe the broader rollup play)
