Financial modeling and valuation analysis of residential real estate company

Residential real estate company engaged in the purchase, renovation, rental, management and sale of single family homes primarily in the Southeastern US. Project is to develop a complete financial model for the company under various financing alternatives including warehouse credit facilities, securitization and also alternative asset funds. The analysis will include a valuation of the business under various financing scenarios and the alternatives evaluated will be summarized in a powerpoint presentation.
