Financial Modeling Expert for a Franchise Bundle Acquisition

Need someone to create an “adjusted” P&L (pro forma for 2019). Need a discounted cash flow analysis over the next five years to determine ROI. Need a debt/equity ratio analysis. Trying to get to a “go” or “no-go” decision to acquire 2 separate bundles of franchised hair salons. Total of 7 salons with 3 in one bundle and the remaining 4 in the other. Each bundle has a stated asking price. The franchisor has provide the most recent YTD P&Ls for the last three years for each of the 7 salons. P&Ls are in PDF format.
