Financial Modeling for Health Care Services Managed Care Rapid Growth Company

We are looking to create a flexible multi-year model for a health care services company seeking to expand into multiple products, clients and markets. Today they are in one city with essentially one existing client and four new clients. The model needs to be dynamic with a centralized variables section breaking out costs between fixed and variable, calculating contribution margin and tracking working capital and cash on a monthly basis. The model needs to be able to pivot for analyses around products (across multiple markets), markets (with multiple products) and clients (across models and markets). The assumptions tab needs to consider four types of contract payment models and enhancements of efficiency on the variable costs (e.g, higher productivity) over time. The model needs to calculate capital needs (debt and equity) and calculate the available return on capital from assumed enterprise value outcomes.
