Financial Modeling for PE Growth Firm

Growth equity firm looking for experienced investment professional to build detailed model templates for training our team’s junior investment professionals. We are hoping to get tailored models that are relevant for analyzing high-growth, private consumer companies with $10-$50M revenue. Our goal is to standardize our financial analysis using templates that are specific to the business model we are analyzing but not overly detailed or cumbersome given the scale and growth of the businesses.

Deliverables:
- 3 bottoms up model templates that can be easily toggled by junior investment team members in evaluating new businesses
- 1 model should be specific to consumer packaged goods businesses (ie. products sold through wholesale/grocery channels); ex: RX Bar
- 1 model should be specific to direct-to-consumer transactional and subscription brands; ex: Dollar Shave Club
- 1 model should be specific to retail businesses; ex: Sweetgreen
- Each model should include more detailed Income Statement (revenue and cost builds), and basic balance sheet / cash flow
- Each model should include sources and uses, cap table and waterfall analysis templates

Background:
- 3+ years in venture capital, growth equity or private equity with a focus on consumer and retail investing

**Project length and rate are estimates and very much open to negotiation with the client**
