Need someone with an accounting/finance background to help a portfolio company CFO improve reporting and business metrics. Ideal candidate can work with team to identify changes to accounting systems that will help create more accurate P&Ls. Requires onsite time with team in Chicago as well as remote work. Candidate ideally has had exposure to accounting best practices in direct marketing / retail environment.
