Research - Survey Work
-We are currently working for a public transit agency who is trying to understand how other public transit companies across Europe utilize software to optimize their operations. More specifically, for the fixed bus route transportation industry.
-We need about 8-10 interviews conducted (30-40 minutes in length), mainly in Germany, but a few in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg. We have conducted similar interviews already in Spain and Portugal, so we have a questionnaire in place for the expert to administer.
-The deliverable will be a transcript of the interviews, and the expert will organize the thoughts of the individuals who were interviewed. We can provide examples of what the deliverable should look like based on our interviews conducted in Spain and Portugal.
-Expert must be willing to conduct the interviews during normal German business hours; expert needs to either work a Central European Time desk, be located in EST, or be located in Europe.

Additional Notes
-Expert must be fluent in German.-Expert ideally has previously worked at either McKinsey, Bain, or BCG. If not MBB, then expert must to have a consulting background.
