Help a bootstrapped, profitable top marketing software startup raise $30M+

We are planning to raise a large round in Q1 ($30-60M) after bootstrapping for several years. Ideal person has strong banking/consulting experience and some buyside experience as well. Person will work closely with 3 founders/board to understand and analyze the business and then shape the story for investors. Key deliverables will be investor presentation, financial model, dataroom and helping manage a competitive process. Will also look for strategic input/analysis on our business.
