HR Lead for Luxury Travel/Concierge Company

This is an opportunity to work with a new luxury travel and concierge company that is targeting wealthy U.S. clients. We will act as both a luxury travel agency, helping clients find and book their next great vacation, and as a concierge, helping clients at home find last minute sporting event tickets, tickets to the theater, restaurant reservations, etc.

We are looking for an experienced HR manager to help us build out our entire HR function. The role will include putting together/standardizing offer letters, benefit packages, equity plans, etc. Ideal candidate will have supported other start ups as they have gone through similar processes.
