Corporate Strategy & Development - Strategy Development
This engagement centers on helping a 22-state healthcare system re-imagine patient/consumer engagement. Strong visioning and workshop facilitation skills needed. The effort will envision, align and position the organization to execute what is needed from a people, process and technology perspective to help this healthcare system take a giant leap forward. We will be working in lock step with 3 local teams in the mid-west AND with a system-office team focused on harmonizing and scaling system-wide.
Healthcare sector experience is required - doesn't need to be healthcare system specifically, but could be medical device, medical services, consumer health, wellness & healthcare technology platforms, etc.
75% of the work can be done remotely, however 3 trips to the Mid-west for 2-3 days will likely be required.

Additional Notes
8-12 years experience is ideal. At least 3-4 years at Bain, BCG, Deloitte, PWC, etc. Growth strategy, innovation, & healthcare sector experience required. Healthcare system experience a plus. Preferred Skills and Certifications
