Innovative Green Venture - Business Plan and Investment Prospectus

I am in the seed stages of developing an innovative green venture in Jersey, Channel Islands. I have a past report that essentially mirrors exactly what I want to accomplish here in Jersey, the contents of which includes technical details. I also have a copy of a past test report in Canada whereby the exact same solution was trialed successfully, the technical data within this report can also be used.

I need a detailed Business Plan covering all aspects of the commercial venture from startup to implementation including a breakdown of all startup capital requirements, investment requirements, cash forecasts etc. I also need an investment prospectus that reflects the innovative nature of the project, its green roots and how it will aid in the development of jersey agriculture and reduce the islands carbon footprint. The project tackles the states of jerseys escalating seaweed problem, whilst at the same time adding value to the island by way of innovation.
