Looking for an experienced curriculum designer to create an instructor-led training program around the subject of Employee Empowerment. This will consist of creating:
1. A Facilitator Guide
2. A Participant Guide
3. A PPT deck that supports a train-the-trainer transfer of knowledge around how to facilitate the course
4. Activities, exercises and job aids
The curriculum designer will be provided an inventory of existing methodology and a draft course outline. In addition, we will be providing a teaching model for this course that will serve as a key participant take-away. The curriculum designer will also have examples of other courses we facilitate that can serve as a model so that this course fits in with our other offerings. The final layout and graphic design of this course will be handled by another vendor and is not included in this request. The creation of this course will not include an online learning component.
You will be working closely with a seasoned leadership consultant as a thought partner and collaborator. The ideal candidate can take initiative while still operating as a team to maintain alignment
