Interim Support & Leadership - CFO
We are a technology company developing a software platform for renewable energy and are seeking an Interim CFO to fill the CFO gap. Opportunity to transition to full time position if engagement is successful.
The Interim CFO will assist with $3-5M financing round. Provide oversight for bookkeeper. Liaison with accounting firm for financials and tax matters. Update and maintain budget, cash flow planning, dashboards. Update and maintain five year proforma financials. Lead financial negotiations with key customers and partners. Develop profitability strategy for the business. Work directly with CFO to accelerate growth of business.

1. Experience working for a tech company - raising money, working with C-level Execs on financial strategy/structure & deals etc.
2. Equity financing loan structuring experience
3. Industry related experience in energy
