Interim Support & Leadership - CFO
Immediate ask is for an Interim CFO or Senior Finance Manager based in Chicago for our finance team.
Responsibilities will include:
Providing executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
Deal structuring, including creating win-win financial propositions with our clients.
Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company
Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable federal, state and local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting.
**Ideally, this person will convert to full time. Open to discussing more or less than 30 hours/week.
IMPORTANT: In cover note, please clearly state if you are only open to Interim or if you are open to the possibility of converting full time. Also highlight operations experience.

Experienced finance professional with a strong operations focus (has run operations in a consulting environment w/ CPA qualifications), M&A experience is highly valued, ideally some time at Big 4 About The Client
