A MCM portfolio company, CRA, recently acquired two Louisville-based businesses from Industrial Services of America (“ISA”). CRA is a subsidiary of another MCM company and was historically managed with no dedicated employees. Effective immediately, CRA and the new acquired entities will need to be self-managed, with new administrative, IT, & bookkeeping systems put into place. This goal is to establish the administrative & reporting framework for CRA, effectively carving-out this subsidiary from Wastebuilt while simultaneously integrating two companies carved-out of ISA. Bank reporting & CPA audit standards to be implemented along with a common IT platform. Also, shepherd a physical move to new office space in Louisville by June 2016. 6 employees will be part of the Company, but CFO / Controller level guidance is required to combine entities & to implement best practices with respect to IT and accounting.

Must be near Louisville or be willing to cover own expenses.
Additional Notes
CPA with experience implementing accounting best practices; Controller and Treasury level experience a plus, someone comfortable with Quickbooks and other accounting systems. Proximity to Louisville.
