Interim Finance Support needed for Educational Start-up company

I am a start-up and have to desire to make sure all aspects of my business is set up clearly and thoroughly. After researching, it seems that it is best I hire a CFO at the start. I need assistance with all aspects required to set-up appropriate funding structures, payroll for contractors and employees, organizing start-up cost, etc.
