Interim Pharmaceutical Strategy Consultant to Develop Training Processes & Procedures

We are a boutique strategy firm focused on serving the life science & pharmaceutical industry. Our client is a very large pharma company that is launching a new major document management system (as part of their Quality Systems) and is looking for a consultant to help lead this initiative.

- Deep experience in the design and rollout of effective training in a pharmaceutical environment
- Familiarity with training design principles
- Change management ability (e.g. conducting stakeholder & impact analysis/ developing communication plans)
- Knowledge of controlled documents/ regulatory knowledge
- Ability to develop/ evaluate process maps
- Ability to provide recommendations around governance/ oversight

The ideal person will have direct experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry but also have a strong analytical tool kit.

We are willing to consider folks not local to the Cambridge, MA area but must meet all the requirements to be considered.
