Finance & Accounting - Corporate Finance
- Theoretical investment fund, whose function is to invest in insured corporate receivables (which are insured by either triple A rated commercial insurance companies) or by government backed Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) around the world.
- Funding targeted at $10 million; operations in multiple currencies and countries.
- Yield projected between LIBOR + 2 and LIBOR + 6 (lower yields reflect the high quality of the collateral and conservative nature of the fund)
- Initial investment at $1 million increments with a 3 years lock-up commitment
- Dividends paid annually
- "X" company will manage the fund and its assets. Management fees estimated to be 3% and success fee of 20% of all profits annually to be paid to "X" company
