Investment Banker - Teaser, CIM, and simple model

We seek a qualified investment banker to write a teaser and confidential information memorandum, and create a data room and a financial model to be used for marketing our client. This individual will have strong writing skills and the ability to take full responsibility for crafting a powerpoint-based CIM with strong guidance from their supervisor on table of contents, investment highlights and other key items. Templates for the CIM, teaser, and model and industry material will be provided. Our CIMs are very good by lower middle market standards, but less thorough or labor-intensive than a bulge bracket book. There will be a potential opportunity for follow-on work on this transaction for investor list assessment, due diligence items, a management presentation, etc. and ideally may lead to other transaction work. We would appreciate having a long-term, “go-to” resource for overflow work such as this. Compensation estimated, to be based on experience.

We expect the client will be a bioscience company.
