Investment review for early stage seed and crop genomics company

Need experienced professional with proven expertise in agricultural biotech, particularly in seed genomics, for an initial investment review. The target intends to raise capital for using cutting edge biotech to identify genetic traits of seeds and crops. We would like to explore whether the Tech is defensible and that the idea is commercially feasible. Will provide a deck and business plan. Deliverable should be a DD questionnaire and short recommendation (either positive or negative) for the target.
