IT Company Roll-Up Model(s) in South Florida

We are looking to develop a financial model to determine the viability of rolling up several IT Companies in South Florida. There is massive fragmentation among IT providers here, and it's likely that many of them are willing to be acquired, under the right circumstances. The project would entail determining the right types of IT companies to target (size, revenue, scope), funding needed, potential revenue/profitability gains, and also - what kinds of deals can be structured to purchase these companies.

The ideal consultant would have some experience in the space, or at least, understand the nature of our business, to better understand why we'd like to procure these kind of acquisitions.
