IT PMO Lead Consultant

We are looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations consultant to participate in the design and execution of high priority projects for our firms commercial organization (e.g., organizational transformation, culture and change management, resource planning, demand generation, program management, sales, and marketing integration).

Work You'll Do:
- Synthesize complex ideas and data into high-quality executive level presentations with concrete recommendations to inform decision-making
- Establish strategic recommendations and scalable best practices across people, process, and technology
- Seamlessly engage with the cross-functional teams and third-party partners to drive progress on strategic priorities and deliverables
- Drive planning, content development, and communications to support delivery of ongoing meetings and trainings to support culture building, change management, and adoption of best practices

Requirements:
- 5+ years of consulting or similar strategy & operations work experience; experience designing and implementing strategy around business transformation, marketing transformation, demand generation, or change management experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking and analytical rigor to successfully deliver on projects
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Org Behavior, or Operations)
- MBA or similar advanced degree preferred
