Legal Document Review for Financing Transaction

-A large enterprise who is currently entering a project financing arrangement with a foreign lender is looking for a consultant to help them review and analyze the legal documents associated with the transaction.
-The ideal consultant has a background on both the legal side and the financing side.
-The consultant will comment & mark up the agreements, identify ways they can be made more suitable to the borrowing company, identify any missing information that should be there, and identify any risks in the agreement.
