M&A Support for Boutique Investment Bank

Boutique investment bank is seeking support to develop a confidential information memorandum ("CIM") for a company in the beverage alcohol industry. Expert will be responsible for utilizing client information to develop the CIM. Expert will be provided with sample CIM's to help expedite completion of the project. Hiring company will be conduit in interfacing between client and expert. Prior investment banking experience required with preference given to experts with CPG background. Additional projects may be offered to expert that provides quality and timely work product.
