We are looking for someone to lead a market validation effort as we look to define the enterprise offering we bring to market. We'd like to use a 3rd party resource to bring expertise to the design and execution of this effort.
Concept: Prior to investing in elements of an enterprise offering, we need to validate the market need.
Objective: Further validate the market opportunity and identify features/services that our buyer finds valuable to help us scope the enterprise offer.
Scope of work: This person will support the design, execution, and analysis of a qualitative and quantitative study, spanning various market segments within our current customer base. This will include 10-20 qualitative interviews that we'd like conducted by a 3rd party.
