I'm a physician entrepreneur. I'm working on a new medical/fitness model that I've already received preliminary funding for. I've got the draft of a business plan, financials and even our name and mark. I need help in a number of different areas.
Specifically I need help with the following:
1) Valuation of a pre-revenue company
2) Funding options/Financial Structuring advice (model out the various options)
3) Financial Modeling (specifically returns analysis, sensitivity analysis, comps and benchmarking analysis)
4) Due Diligence (Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Customer Value, etc)
5) Fundraising PPT (1 pagers, graphics and charts)
For background, currently I'm the CEO of a company I started about 6 years ago. I'm an MD who still practices minimally (one of the team docs for the Chicago Blackhawks) and went back in my residency to get my MBA. I share that context to say that I have some working knowledge but need an expert to help me get there.
