Finance & Accounting - Financial Modeling
Need an experienced multi-family underwriter to prepare a summary rent roll for an acquisition, and update a 10 year cash flow model which will detail acquisition costs, operations, financing, and disposition.
Will need to update the financing and layer-in/update a multi-tier promote, and update assumptions regarding regulated unit turnover, MCI and IAI improvements, and increases to legal and preferential rent.
Will include ongoing new projects over the course of the next several months.
**Experience underwriting NYC rent stabilized multifamily is required. In cover note, please highlight relevant experience.
