Ongoing FP&A Support for Software Company

-Looking for an FP&A resource to plug into a fractional engagement at a $25MM software company. The consultant will need to develop an understanding and instrumentation of the entire end to end of the company and will report to the CEO. The consultant will evaluate and be tapped into various parts of the business (sales, ops, finance, etc.)
-Ideally, the consultant has at least 2 years worth of M&A experience, at least 3 years worth of PE experience, and maybe also some operational or consulting experience (although this is less critical).
-Must be able to model companies with a PE / growth equity mindset, and must have a thorough understanding of business operations.
-Prior software experience is preferred, but not a hard requirement.
-This project is expected to last 1-2 years, and the consultant might have an expanded role down the road during the sale process of the company.

**The project will start with a 2-3 week ramp, and then after that will require about 1 day of bandwidth per week (about 10 hours / week).
**The ideal candidate is located in the Greater NYC region. If local to NYC, there might be some on-site component at the office in Long Island. If not local to NYC, it will be 100% remote.
