Corporate Strategy & Development - Change Management / Org Design
Looking for an experienced consultant to help evaluate our internal processes and build out a Patient Experience Director role. To this point, we have not had someone dedicated to how patients flow through our clinical trials (from application through completion) and would like to optimize that process.

We are viewing this project as a multi-step engagement: gather information on our current systems, diagnose ways to optimize, then tactically implement new processes and build the foundation for a FTE to continue to serve in the patient experience capacity. Some key responsibilities:

-Examine patient funnel and identify where/why drop outs occur
-Identify KPIs and build feedback loop to improve patient experience
-Develop short term goals to help build out long term role

While this posting is for a temporary consultant, we are open to the idea of converting the right candidate to the full-time position if both parties are interested.
Additional Notes
Seasoned consultant with experience in patient/customer experience
Ideally would like someone who has built out successful program(s) like this
Healthcare/Life Sciences experience a strong plus
