Patient Services – Customer Facing, Consultant (Insights & Analytics) - Extension

A current client is seeking a Strategic Patient Services Consultant to work closely with the patient services team in support of the upcoming launch of a first-in-class gene therapy for an ultra-rare disease. This product is expected to launch in 2021. Ahead of that launch, the client will be conducting a wide variety of patient targeting, segmentation, and stratification analyses that will determine the launch strategy and prepare the organization for a successful launch of this pivotal and highly anticipated treatment. This role has a high degree of exposure within the customer’s team, working directly with leadership, patient services, and strategic planning. The role will align to the Customer Success team and will have the potential to have a small team of one or more consultants reporting to it.

Duration
- This engagement will begin early to mid October, and will last 6-12 months. Initial SOW will start at 6 months.

Position Requirements
- Deep understanding of patient data, especially in ultra-orphan disease populations.
- Ability to think strategically and make consultative recommendations around the use of patient data.
- Ability to conduct patient-based analyses using existing data and using SQL Server.
- Knowledge of SHYFT NOVA preferred. (Web based platform that fits in a table-based platform)
- High customer interaction at multiple levels of the Biotech (in-house, corporate) organization
- Need to be able to analyze data and SQL server data-base.
- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines around the utilization of patient data.
