Presentation and Financial Modeling Opportunity

Need a 15-20 page fund raising deck for a $5 million preferred equity investment. I also need a couple of versions of a teaser (one with a project name and another with the company name) to show to potential investors as a first pass (prior to signing an NDA and sharing the 15-20 page deck). I also would like someone who is a banker who can build a complex 3-statement model (for a second phase of this project). This model should have an assumptions tab that drives all of the model and a toggle for 3 scenarios (optimistic, base, and conservative scenarios).

Occasional on-site work will be required when conducting due diligence and/or in-person presentations. In other words, I need an experience senior association caliber executive to help me execute the due diligence, financial modeling, and marketing materials for capital raising of deals.
