Private Equity related for Investor Presentation (most important are the financials): 4yr Projected Income, Cash flows, FCF, leading to Partial Transaction/investor buyout at 4yr horizon. As CF is negative, need to show timing and include when Company has to issue equity and possibly rely on bank line (with corresponding cost of capital). Need Valuation, Post money, with Capitalization tables. Lastly, to show sensitivity return analysis across various exit multiples and (possible) debt level. Cap table should show existing investors as well as new investors, and their dilution for common equity issued.
