We are evaluating an investment whereby we would enter into a JV with a premium fast food chain in Eastern Europe (Poland, Romania) and South Europe (Italy, Greece). We have the necessary presentations, projections and documents detailing how the investment will be scaled from an opportunistic investment to a full scale growth strategy.
