Projections and Forecasting for IT Consulting Firm

I manage the accounting and finance for a small but growing IT Consulting firm. The company has a managed services division which has more predictable revenue and cost. The company also has a professional services division which does time and materials and fixed fee projects. The fixed fee projects are decreasing, but there are still some. I work on projections and forecasting for the company, but could use some help in refining and improving them.
