Public retailer 3 statement model

Building a 3 statement financial model of a public retailer based on a provided template. Template is a simplified 3 statement model that includes historic financials, valuation metrics, and 5 years of projections (quarterly). I need someone to source all relevant public information (e.g., filings, presentations), input raw data into excel template, adjust GAAP numbers as per the template, build an operating model projection, and link to a valuation output page. Company is also acquiring a large competitor so will need flexibility around debt assumptions and ability to add in a Pro-Forma for the acquisition (including published synergy estimates).
