Real Estate Development - Community Medical Professional Offices

Need financial model for a ground up development of community medical facility which will included medical professional offices rented to third parties. We will provide information on the construction budget and the operating expenses, desired rents, and operations expenses and revenue for five years. There is a co-developer involved and so developers fees will be split and there are asset management fees and preferred returns to be modeled in for the co-developer's exit.
