The consultant will be primarily responsible for evaluating real estate opportunity fund managers, conducting market research, and financial modeling in order to produce comprehensive investment committee memos. Secondary responsibilities include assisting with investor reporting and underwriting direct real estate investments. Limited travel may be required.
