Refine a hotel valuation model

This is a short-term, urgent project that involves refining an existing valuation model for a hotel. The model first needs to be checked to make sure that it is technically sound, i.e., that the formulas add/subtract/multiply the correct cells; the historical financials need to be checked for accuracy, and the assumptions in the model need to match the plain English bullet points I will give the person who helps us. This task should not take more than 2 days to do (one day may be sufficient).

I need to have a finished product before this Thursday.
