Remote COO for Saudi VC

We are a newly formed family corporate venture capital arm for a family business. Our portfolio is based on a search fund strategy. We are looking for a virtual COO to work closely and provide execution support to the Managing Partner of the CVC as well as CEO’s of several startup companies.
The scope of work includes developing overall strategy for portfolio of companies and provide hands-on execution support to execute the strategy daily. We are looking for a virtual COO who will be strategic advisor and willing to provide hands-on execution operational support. This will include high level support like conducting market research, coaching CEO’s and KPI setting and tactical day-to-day support like finding suppliers, initiating PPC adverts or analyzing financial statements.

Candidate must be competent with developing financial plan, conducting market research at the same time having a solid leadership and managerial skills. Candidate should have extensive strategy consulting experience or investing banking at the same time have a proven track record in working in a dynamic start up environment. Main behavioral criteria for candidates are self-initiator, pro-active and candor personality.
