Fortune 500 Premium Apparel Retailer is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager for Enterprise Planning to join their team in Vancouver. This individual will work closely with their Strategy & Design Consultant to lead and execute enterprise planning initiatives. The role will require a strategic thinker who is adept at content design and can effectively contribute to complex planning processes. You will be responsible for guiding the development of enterprise planning strategies and driving process improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Design: Collaborate with team members to design, develop, and implement enterprise planning content and processes.
Consulting Expertise: Act as a strategic consultant, advising on the best approaches for planning and decision-making across multiple business units.
Process Optimization: Utilize Lean and Agile methodologies (Lean Six Sigma or equivalent) to identify and streamline processes, improving efficiency and reducing waste.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Enterprise Planning team, specifically the Strategy & Design Consultant, to ensure alignment and execution of the overall planning strategy.
Content Creation: Develop strategic planning materials and documentation to be used across business units.
Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on enterprise planning objectives and deliverables.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience:
6-10 years of experience in enterprise planning, strategic consulting, or related fields.
Experience in global multi-brand companies or similar large enterprise organizations.
Strong background in Lean and Agile methodologies, particularly Lean Six Sigma, with an emphasis on process optimization.
Familiarity with complex business environments, particularly those with cross-functional needs.
Skills:
Strong ability to think strategically and design enterprise planning processes.
Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint and delivering complex information clearly.
Experience with creating, refining, and optimizing end-to-end processes.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Workplace Requirements:
Location: This position is based in Vancouver, BC. Candidate must be willing to work in-office 3 dys a week.
Start Date: Ideal start date is early February, with a preference for a start by March.
