Our company is acquiring another company. The combined companies have three different lines of revenue. We have a hastily prepared model by a previous CFO who was fired. The company we are acquiring has a pretty good financial model.
We need to integrate both models to plan for financial projections, cash flow, debt servicing etc. The end results should be an extremely robust and professional set of financials that can be used by the CFO of the combined entity, financial evaluation by institutional lenders, and ultimately used for equity providers.
The three lines of revenue are direct ad sales, channel resellers, and an enterprise Saas line that includes some hardware.
